What we collect

Your name, email, audit answers, age range, HRT status, booking details and (if you become a client) payment information processed by Stripe. IP addresses are anonymised.

Lawful basis

Consent. You tick a clear consent box before submitting your audit. We never opt you in by default.

Retention

We hold your data for 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Third parties

We use the following processors, all UK/EU compliant: Supabase (EU region), Resend, Stripe, Cal.com, our marketing email platform, Plausible analytics. We never sell data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and the right to complain to the ICO. Email sharon@bodychapter.pro with subject 'data request' to exercise any of these – we respond within 14 days.

Cookies

We use cookieless analytics (Plausible). Essential session cookies only. No marketing pixels at launch.
